So if you read my post on how I lost 48 pounds in 75 days , you might be feeling a couple different ways. First, maybe you doubt it entirely. Maybe you're feeling discouraged because that seems like such a lofty goal. Or maybe you're inspired to get kicking on your own health journey. As far as the first point, I assure you, this is 100% authentic. You can ask anyone in my family or circle of friends (especially my boyfriend who helped meal prep for me every step of the way). You don't have to have the same results as I did, but you can absolutely make a tremendous impact on your health in a short amount of time. If you feel like this seems too overwhelming, I get that too. It was for me in the beginning, to be honest. But if you want to make a change, today is the best day to do it. Even one small change here and there makes a huge difference in the end. I didn't really accept that at first, but it's true. So if you need to start with baby steps, go for it. Some
Yep, you read that right. FORTY-EIGHT pounds in 75 days. Some people didn't believe me, but that's because we live in a "picture or it didn't happen" day in age. So, see for yourself...
