Breaking Down 75 Hard: What Worked for Me {DIET}

So if you read my post on how I lost 48 pounds in 75 days , you might be feeling a couple different ways. First, maybe you doubt it entirely. Maybe you're feeling discouraged because that seems like such a lofty goal. Or maybe you're inspired to get kicking on your own health journey.  As far as the first point, I assure you, this is 100% authentic. You can ask anyone in my family or circle of friends (especially my boyfriend who helped meal prep for me every step of the way). You don't have to have the same results as I did, but you can absolutely make a tremendous impact on your health in a short amount of time.  If you feel like this seems too overwhelming, I get that too. How I Lost 48lbs in 75 Days: The Live Hard Program

 Yep, you read that right.  FORTY-EIGHT pounds in 75 days.  Some people didn't believe me, but that's because we live in a "picture or it didn't happen" day in age. So, see for yourself... It's 75 days of: Follow a diet (any diet you choose, but you have to follow it exactly) Drink a gallon of water (you can't add anything to it either, just straight up H2O) NO ALCOHOL. I know, this one hurt me too.  NO CHE

Hopefully you have a sense of humor (sometimes dark, sorry) and the patience of a saint because the only thing I can guarantee you is that this is a one-way ticket on the hot mess express.  My name is Kim. I am a 34-year-old single mama to three wild and crazy kids. I work in communications full-time from home, which was always my dream (I wanted to homeschool my kids at one point), but sometimes it takes a global pandemic for you to realize your dream may have gone better in your head. We also have four pets...two old dogs, a chinchilla and a hedgehog. You read that right. I probably could have just made this intro shorter and more to the point with, "Hi, I'm Kim. And I'm nuts."  But I digress...this last year has been a doozy on us all. But it's offered so many opportunities we otherwise wouldn't have had. I would have never been able to homeschool my children otherwise. And now I know that I am most definitely not the be
